Nataniel Gray

Hi, I’m Nathaniel Gray, and I was born with glaucoma and aniridia, conditions that affect my vision. Even though I’ve lived with visual impairment all my life, I’ve learned that my faith and determination matter more than what I can or can’t see.

Today, I proudly serve as the Assistant Technologist at My Will Advocacy Inc., where I help others who are blind or visually impaired discover the tools and confidence they need to live independently. I am currently employed at a well-known hotel in the hospitality department, and I volunteer at my church, helping in as many capacities as possible.

Over the years, assistive technology has played a huge part in my independence. From screen readers and CCTVs to accessibility apps like Lookout, Seeing AI, and Be My Eyes, these tools have helped me travel, work, and stay connected to the world around me.

Living with vision loss has taught me one powerful truth: independence starts with faith. No matter what challenges come my way, I’ve learned to trust God and keep moving forward — because I truly believe in walking by faith, not by sight.
